The “Custom Message” tab gives you the ability to add a personalized message to all of the maintenance reminder emails that are sent to your clients, in the ‘Message from your inspector’ section.
You can get pretty creative here! We see inspectors put things in like, links to articles about the housing market, or common maintenance issues in the area. Some inspectors will outline additional services they provide. We recently spoke with an inspector that was even planning on putting links to coupons for restaurants in the area. And some just leave it as a nice personalized message, but we think you can be more creative then that! 🙂
